Is there a thermostat control for Rug Buddy? It seems that SmartStat is only for the hardwired product, and the remote control for RugBuddy is on/off, not temperature. Would thermostat control for Rug Buddy be needed?

Hello, I am building a doghouse of sorts “inside” my detached garage. I have electricity bu the garage is not insulated or heated. I will insulate th dog house though and am wondering how much heat output I could expect using a RugBuddy (prob. 5×7)? Do you think that would keep the beast warm enough in say 0 degree weather (I live far Northern WI)? I don’t want to keep him outside but he will not come in the house (and isn’t too much fonder of the garage)! He’s crazy!
